S.C.A.R.F.S

Assalamualaikum all! I shall blog about what happened today. Basically, we had the SCARFS ( Shirlyn, Carin, Ann Maria, Revathi, Fiqah, Siti ) outing earlier. Finally, we settled down with a date to have lunch together! So I met Sid earlier to accompany her snap some pictures for her assignment. 

Personally, i think Sid's photography skills is da bomb! Tho I find it awkward every time she ask me to sit down and pose hahahaha. Maybe i'm not used to these kind of stuffs huh. Okay, so after the 'photoshoot', we settled down at Pastamania while waiting for the rest. Finally, my craving for CHEESY CRUMBLE TURKEY BACON has been satisfied hahahaha. After lunch, we went to paper stone to get some notebooks. We kinda roamed around Nex cus we didn't know where to go. We went to the rooftop to just sit down and talk. It was a great catch up session after months not meeting! I honestly miss secondary school life, i mean, not the teaching part of cus. But the company. 

Alhamdulillah, it's great to have a group of friends consisting of all different races. Here's to more outing with SCARFS! :-) Okay bye hehehe

Assalamualaikum all! I bet some or most of you did went through breakups or the least, trying to forget someone who meant so much to you. I admit, it's not easy trying to forget someone, especially when he/she gave you so much hopes before. And the worst part is; that someone tries to hold a conversation with you AGAIN like as if nothing has happened.

But life must go on, and we can't just dwell over the same thing again. There's no point thinking about someone who don't even care about you at all. I hate the fact that I am so vulnerable to these kind of people. No matter how many times I reminded myself NOT to repeat the same mistake, it just won't work.

Well, I have to keep in mind that people are meant to walk in and out of our life. And that's sad. Only He knows what our future holds. It's true that we need to learn how to love Him before anyone else.

And to that someone, may Allah bless you with everlasting happiness both in dunya and hereafter :)

marina bay x esplanade

Assalamuaikum all! I shall blog about what happened yesterday. Okay, since both me and Sid had no school yesterday, we decided to just go out and take pictures. I was supposed to bring my DSLR, and yup i did bring it along with me but i forgotten to insert my SD card!!! Well, the whole purpose of yesterday's outing was to take pictures with a decent camera :') but life must go on right!! hahaha, another alternative was to use our iphones to take pictures. I must say, iphone 6's camera quality is da bomb!! Okay, lemme share some of the photos which were taken yesterday :-) and of course those pictures were taken by my lovely Siti :)

I personally love this library @ Esplanade. The ambiance of the library is peaceful and relaxing. Maybe due to those dim lights. I felt like a tourist exploring my own country. Oh and once we reached the library, we saw a post stating that there's a show at 4pm. Since we had nowhere to go, we decided to take a seat and wait for it. It was actually an acapella performance by an Indonesian group. I swear it was amazing which made me go woaaaaaaaaaaaaah. 

Okay that sums up my day with my bestfriend :-) Overall I think everything was so impromptu and I like how it still turned out to be pretty fun! I would love to do something like this again with my............. soulmate. HAH i'm just kidding :-P

Sem 1.2 !!!!!

Assalamualaikum all! Finally on my bed! So yeap, it's the second day of sem 2 today.... and i'm already feeling the pressure. I just hope I can cope with all those new modules and not be complacent. Okay back to the initial intention of writing this post....... So me and jai decided to go out on the last day of term break and have some retail therapy. Well I must say I overspent a little but itsokay. 

I felt like I had to start making use of my dslr which had been collecting dusts at home so I decided to bring it along with me that day. Taking up photography has always been one thing that I've wanted to do. 

Let Jai practice her photography skills ah hahahaha.

okay last hehehe. So that's about it. I've always wanted to go somewhere nice ( prolly some parks or so ) and just capture pictures. Alright!! Goodnight beautiful souls.

Laser Tag !!!!!!!

Assalamualaikum all! Today I shall blog about last two week's laser tag outing with SS1403!! Well at first I was a lil bit reluctant to come for the outing as that day was the release of sem 1's results. So talking about results......I planned to check them together with Mas before leaving for the outing. But I was so eager to know mine and so I checked them at home. Alhamdulillah for whatever I've got cus I knew I didn't put in my best for all the tests. I was so paranoid and anxious if I ever need to retake any modules, especially coms. Thank god, I passed all and I was shocked to see my Psychology's grade. I didn't expect to do well for that particular module. Okay, so back to the outing.... It was scorching hot that day and it nearly ruined my mood. Before heading to the location, I went to Mas's house to chill and talk about results ha ha. I almost got lost searching for her house, Su came an hour after I reached.

These selfies were taken right after the oh-so-tiring first round of laser tag. I swear, it was so tiring running like a mad woman shooting the other opponents hahaha. Plus when was the last time I ran? hahahahahah.

A Walk In Wardrobe

Assalamualaikum all! Today I shall blog about something I've really wanted since few years ago. A walk in wardrobe. YESS!! Isn't it cool to have your dream walk in wardrobe?? I've always wanted an extra room in total white, and decorate it like those country styles. Which means I can have a few racks to hang my oh-so-many clothes. This is because I find it extremely troublesome to find clothes which are folded in those normal wardrobe. I mean of course it's easier to search for clothes which are hanged than those which are folded in wardrobes. 

Well, this is what I'm talking about. As you can see, a walk in wardrobe helps you store your stuffs in a more organised manner. 

So my mum told me she's gonna revamp my whole room which includes painting the room in pastel pink. Can't wait for some furniture hunt !!!

" A true friend cares about your Akhirah "

Assalamualaikum all! Finally, I am done with my exams and now I'm having my semester break. I have been rotting at home since then. Well, the past few weeks hadn't been so good for me. There are so many things that have been bothering me. Should I say I'm currently in a state of confusion? Well, maybe yea.

Sometimes I wonder if those whom I call 'friends' are really sincere to befriend me. I may appear as someone very naive, but at the same time loves to joke around my friends and just laugh at even little things. It's hard for me to get angry and that explains why I just keep silent if any of my friends did something that really hurt my feelings. I just don't want things to get from bad to worse and I really treasure my friendship with them.

I now realise, 'close friend'/'best friend'/'good friend' are three different things. No doubt, I am quite close to most of my poly and secondary school friends. However, I must say, I can only count on one or two of them. EVERYONE can listen to you ranting your problems to them, but only some truly care for you, sadly. Do any of you have that one friend whom you don't talk to or hang out with that often, but no matter what, they will always be there for you and make you feel secure? Alhamdullilah, I thank Him for that one friend. At times, I do feel sad and all I wanted to do was to go somewhere peaceful and stare at the blue sky. 

No doubt, poly has changed bits and parts of my daily life. In terms of how i dress, how i talk, how i mix around with people and stuffs. Most of the time, I do feel lonely, lost, clueless and confused. But I must always remind myself that I am not alone. I still have Him.

Eid' Mubarak 2014!

Assalamualaikum all! Okay, this post shall be about this year's Hari Raya. Well, I guess I'm not the only one who felt that this year's Ramadhan passed so fast, which then left me questioning myself 'What have I done in this holy month? What did I do to upgrade my Iman?'

Malacca - Gunung Ledang Short getaway !

Assalamualaikum all! Been long since I last blogged and since I am having my study break now, I shall blog on a few stuffs! First thing first, the Malacca trip (again) last week! My family and I went for some Hari Raya Visitting there. We also went to the well-known gunung ledang waterfall. Initially, I didn't want to wet myself there and decided to do some revision instead. However, after seeing my whole family enjoying in the cold water, I decided to join them. And taadaaaa, I abandoned my notes.
